Because most Broke Heathens Off-Road products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size, color, or for a change of mind.

Please review the product description and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.

SIZE & COLOR

We cannot offer returns or exchanges because the wrong size or color was ordered. Please double-check your selections before completing checkout.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Because orders may enter production shortly after they're placed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice a mistake.
